service operates on a performance-based model, ensuring you only pay for the business we help you generate after a
completely free trial period.
Non-Refundable Platform Charges:
Our platform charges, calculated as 8% of the total order value received through the FoodsApp mobile application after
your initial 6-month free trial, are non-refundable.
Reasoning for Non-Refundability:
- Service Rendered: The 8% platform charge is levied on completed orders that were successfully generated and
facilitated by the FoodsApp platform. This payment directly corresponds to the value and business we have
already delivered to your restaurant.
- Performance-Based Model: Our pricing model is designed to be fair and risk-free for you. You are only
invoiced for a percentage of actual revenue brought in through FoodsApp, meaning payment is contingent on
your success on our platform.
- Operational Costs: These charges contribute to the continuous operation, maintenance, development, and
marketing of the FoodsApp mobile app and the restaurant owner portal, ensuring a seamless experience
for both you and your customers. This includes server costs, app development, customer support, and
marketing campaigns that benefit your restaurant.
Understanding Your Agreement:
By continuing to use FoodsApp after your 6-month free trial, you are agreeing to our transparent 8% platform charge
on orders received through the app. Invoices are generated monthly based on the previous month's confirmed orders,
and payment is due by the specified date on the invoice.
